Who we work with

Which professionals do you work with?

We work with professionals whose clients are buying, refinancing or restructuring property and business lending, including:

  • accountants and tax agents
  • solicitors and conveyancers
  • SMSF administrators and advisers
  • real estate agents

Many of our clients are property investors, self-employed borrowers and SMSF trustees, so the work often involves company and trust ownership, multiple properties or business income.

Referrals

How does a referral work?

A referral usually follows these steps:

  • You introduce your client, with their permission, by phone, email or the form on this page.
  • Danny contacts your client directly to understand their goals and situation.
  • Where ownership, tax or legal questions come up, we work with you so the lending fits the plan you and your client agree on.
  • Danny compares options from our lender panel, recommends a loan and manages the application through to settlement.
  • With the client's permission, we keep you updated at the key stages.

Please only share a client's details with their permission.

Working together

What can you expect from us?

Your clients deal with Danny directly, from the first conversation to settlement and their annual review. We explain the lending in plain terms and stay within our role: we arrange credit, and we do not give tax, legal or financial advice. Those decisions stay with you and your client.

We use our Structure First approach: the lending is planned around the ownership and structure you have set, rather than the other way round.

  1. Step 01

    Structure first

We look at your goals, income, existing debts and how you plan to own the property, then plan how the loans should be set up before you commit. Ownership and tax questions sit with your accountant or solicitor, and we work alongside them.

  2. Step 02

    Buy second

Once the structure is clear, we compare options from our panel of 30+ lenders and arrange finance that fits the plan.

  3. Step 03

    Scale intentionally

We review your lending as your circumstances change, so your next purchase or refinance builds on what is already in place.

Questions

Common questions

What types of lending can you help my clients with?

Home loans, investment and portfolio lending, company and trust borrowing, SMSF lending, refinancing and loan reviews, and vehicle and equipment finance for business owners.

Will you give my clients tax or legal advice?

No. We arrange the lending. Tax, legal, ownership and SMSF decisions stay with you and your client, and we structure the loans to fit them.

Do my clients pay a fee for a home or investment loan?

No separate broker fee is payable to us for our standard broking service. We may receive commission from the lender if your loan settles. Other lender, government, valuation, discharge, break or loan-related fees may apply.
