Meet your broker
Danny Saputra, founder of Finsap
Danny has been in lending since 2008. He keeps Finsap deliberately small, so you deal with him directly from the first call to settlement, and he will tell you plainly when borrowing or refinancing is not the right step.
Whether you are buying your first home, refinancing, adding an investment property or borrowing as a business owner, he starts with how the loan is structured, then compares options from a panel of 30+ lenders.

Our approach
The Structure First method
Many borrowers choose the property first and work out the loan afterwards. We do it the other way round. Structure First is the method we use with every client: plan the lending structure, buy when it fits, then grow from there with a plan already in place.
How we work- Step 01
Structure first
We look at your goals, income, existing debts and how you plan to own the property, then plan how the loans should be set up before you commit. Ownership and tax questions sit with your accountant or solicitor, and we work alongside them.
- Step 02
Buy second
Once the structure is clear, we compare options from our panel of 30+ lenders and arrange finance that fits the plan.
- Step 03
Scale intentionally
We review your lending as your circumstances change, so your next purchase or refinance builds on what is already in place.
Who we help
Built for investors and business owners
We work with investors building a portfolio, SMSF trustees, and business owners whose income does not fit a standard payslip.
